Run Like Water

Elle uses two water whips as her weapons. She is the older sister of Josephine, better known as Jo.

She is wise for her age and very level-headed. She thinks before she acts or speaks. She usually doesn't speak unless she has something important to say.

Jo looks up to her and always seeks her for advice. Elle tries to help her sister in the right direction and she is her best friend.

She holds her two whips on the back of her jean shorts. To keep her long hair out of her way, she braids it and clips it in a loop(as seen).

When she isn't on a mission she usually lets the braid hang down over her left shoulder; sometimes she takes the braid out. Her hair is wavy.

So, a little information about the type of weapons they use. They use a futuristic style of energy but they "mostly" use modern weapons.

In every weapon there is a slot to place a power cartridge. All cartridges are the same size for every weapon.

There are five main types of energy; Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, Electricity. The energy is compressed at high levels into these cartridges.

There are branchs off the main forms of energy. Such as; Water can become ice or steam.

So instead of a normal revolver, the bullets have cartridges of energy in them. If they are fire cartridges they can burn or explode. If they are wind they can explode and create a gust of wind so strong it can send people flying.

The weapons are limitless. There are, guns, knives, swords, bows, staffs, whips, nightsticks(Batons), grenades, all types of weapons.

(You can tell what type of energy they use because the cartridges glow different colors. (Blue, Yellow, Red, Brown, Translusent))
